HMI promotes networking among lay people who are currently or are interested in working across cultures. One way we do that is by hosting Fellowship Nights
to bring lay people together for fellowship and encouragement. We also link area missionaries with churches and lay people who are interested in helping with their ministries. HMI publishes a training newsletter with suggestions, prayer concerns, and other helpful resources for people working across cultures.
